"I could not recommend Emily Estep enough. She literally had our house under contract within 4 days! She absolutely has her finger on the pulse of the market. Having been in the Real Estate business, I know how difficult it is to get under contract but thats when the real work begins. She was on top of everything when it came to the inspections and ensuring that all the paper work was squared away. "Emily is awesome! She has to be one of the most patient real estate professionals around. For so many reasons that were out of Emily's control, our home sale was a roller coaster ride. "We met Emily through a listing that we were interested in. At that time, we were not in a hurry of buying anything. That specific house didn't check some of the boxes that we were looking for. Emily kept in touch with us for almost 2 years just checking in on us and sending anything that she saw that she thought would interest us. She was very patient with us and understood when we decided to wait till we had our second baby to continue our search. We probably visited 5 houses through that span of time. When we found the house that checked most of our boxes, Emily called the sellers agent immediately and had an appointment for us to view it that night. Emily was very helpful throughout the entire process. We even used her to list the old house and she had a contract for it within two days. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a home."

"Emily was wonderful from start to finish! She came to our rescue and gave us faith in realtors again. She was AMAZING brought donuts on moving day and checked on our empty home, met service technicians, and even painted rooms. She made the sale of our house happen and we highly recommend her to anyone in need of that happening.
